Designed by you
You set the words, font, colour and size in the builder. We get an exact spec — no back-and-forth proofs.
Bent by hand
We shape low-energy LED neon to your letters and mount it on cut acrylic in our Bristol workshop.
Shipped ready to glow
It arrives with a dimmer remote and fixings, packed in custom foam. Plug in and you're done.

How long does it take? +
Every sign is made to order. Standard build is 7–10 days; priority is 5–7. We'll email you when it ships.
Is it real glass neon? +
It's LED neon — a flexible silicone tube lit by low-energy LEDs. It looks like classic glass neon but runs cooler, uses ~80% less power, and won't smash.
How is it powered? +
It plugs into a standard socket via a slim transformer, and comes with a dimmer remote. Running cost is pennies a week.
Can I have it outdoors? +
Yes — choose the outdoor-rated upgrade in the builder and we'll IP-rate the build and seal the connections.
What if it arrives damaged? +
We pack signs in custom foam and they're covered in transit. If anything's wrong, we remake it, no questions.
Do you offer returns? +
Custom pieces are made just for you, so we can't take them back unless faulty — but every sign carries a 2-year guarantee.
